Lodewijk Willem Bilderdijk, Dutch military captain. He was the son of poets Willem and Katharina Wilhelmina Bilderdijk. To J. W. Warter, Church of England clergyman and antiquarian : 1 autograph letter signed : 15 Oct 1855 : (MISC 1607) : regretting that Robert Southey's correspondence with his father was destroyed. Warter was Southey's friend and son-in-law, and edited his 1856 Selected letters.
